Cancellation upon two consecutive missed massage appointments without 24 hour notice, resulting in late or missed appointments may result in discontinuation or release of client from receiving massage services.

Massage sessions are by appointment on first come first serve basis. It is recommended to reserve your appointment in advance to ensure availability accommodating your desired appointment time.

To receive the maximum benefits of treatment for chronic conditions or pain relief it is recommended to reschedule every 1 to 3 weeks to improve and manage a better health status progressively.

The client must keep the masseuse informed of any changes in health conditions, medications, or recent injuries to prevent unseen complications during sessions.

We require a 24-hour or more advance notice for massage or healing arts if you need to cancel. Canceling or no-shows within less than 24-hour notice may result in your session being charged to your bill.

No concealed or deadly weapons are permitted.

Smoking is not permitted inside massage room, during intake or other procedures.

Draping is required at all times by Ohio State Law, proper draping is for the client’s privacy during massage practices.

Sexual harassment or poor demeanor will not be tolerated in any form. Resulting in early termination of massage session in progress, with amount due in full for service. The client will not be allowed to return for further massages.

Confidentiality involving informed consent with privacy records will only be released with your written consent or if required by law in emergency.

The minimum age requirement to receive a massage is 18 years of age.

Discussion between the massage therapist and the client is confidential. The client may or may not choose to talk during the massage session.

Length of Session: Massage appointments are scheduled for 60 minutes, 90 minutes and 2 hour sessions are available, Swedish Massage Style – A soothing massage designed to promote deep relaxation and increase circulation.
